Canadian Parliament Hears Powerful Testimony on Tibet’s Colonial Boarding Schools

On June 8, 2026, the Canadian Parliament’s Subcommittee on International Human Rights convened a hearing on colonial boarding schools and China’s new ethnic erasure law in Ottawa. Tibet Action Institute were invited to give testimonies along with speakers from International Campaign for Tibet and Tibet Watch.
